The management of the city decided to deal with GDPR compliance by a professional external company and to choose a service provider focusing not only on legal or procedural consultations, but also on IT services.
The town of Horažďovice is a municipality with extended competence (the so-called Level III municipality).They are an intermediate link of the delegated competence of self-government between the regional authorities and other municipal authorities (the lowest link is the delegated municipal authorities and the lowest is all other municipal authorities). Horažďovice is situated at an altitude of 427 m on the left bank of the Otava River and is the third largest town in the Klatovy district. The historic centre of the town is a town conservation area and currently has about 5,400 inhabitants.
Like other institutions of state and public administration, the city is a subject that is very much concerned with the GDPR regulation and must therefore pay very intensive and extensive attention to it. For this reason, the city management decided to address GDPR compliance with a professional external company and to choose a service provider focusing not only on legal or procedural consulting, but also on IT services.
A key objective of the projects was to achieve compliance with GDPR legislation and to maintain it over time.

The projects ran from March 2018 and ended in June 2019. The professional support and provision of Data Protection Officer (DPO) services is ongoing to date.
Chocoland a.s. is a major producer of confectionery. The key objective of the project was to start the process of achieving compliance with GDPR legislation.
Park Lane International School has decided to map the current state of personal data processing against data protection legislation and to gradually implement all relevant measures to ensure compliance with the GDPR.

On the basis of an analysis, we proposed new procedures for AŽD that comply with the legislation and created a clear application with all the obligations.
