On the basis of an analysis, we proposed new procedures for AŽD that comply with the legislation and created a clear application with all the obligations.
AŽD is an important supplier of technological units for companies dealing with transport infrastructure. It provides production, complete delivery and assembly. It supplies technologies for e.g. Czech Railways or Metrostav. However, it is mostly engaged in the field of railway transport.
After the GDPR regulation was issued, AŽD asked for a suitable company to which it would outsource all the requirements related to the protection of personal data. Thus, reviewing the existing corporate measures and adjusting them in accordance with the new legislation. As AŽD has more than 1,700 employees and many important clients, they were very concerned that their personal data was properly protected.
We were the first to conduct an extensive analysis of the current state of personal data management within the company. This included mapping the processes associated with personal data and proposing appropriate measures related to the implementation of the new legislation. The GDPR audit was carried out at all AŽD locations, including subsidiaries. In order to make it easy to maintain all the GDPR requirements, we prepared an application for AŽD companies to clearly manage duties, tasks and documentation.
We have ensured that all AŽD's corporate formalities comply with the Data Protection Regulation. We helped define new processes and to this day we still provide support to the DPO officer who continuously monitors compliance with GDPR regulations.
In addition to continuous support in the area of GDPR-related legislation, we also provide AŽD with an ERP system. We are thus a versatile partner to whom the company can turn at any time.
