JOB INTERVIEW

How does the interview work?

The selection process is about interplay - not only do we choose you, but you choose us. What to expect from an interview that takes place in the form of a dialogue?

1. first round

You will be contacted by our HR Jitka Kalenská, with whom you can arrange an online or personal interview. If our ideas and requirements match each other, you will be invited to the next round.

2. second round

In the second round you will meet your future supervisor, the manager. This is usually the final round, but you may have a third round with the division director.

3. starting work

With an adaptation plan, you'll have a smooth onboarding process. For the first three months, you'll be "getting up to speed" and learning everything you need to know. Plus, you'll have a "partner" you can turn to at any time.

About Algotech

We are a Czech IT company that was founded in 1997 as a small company operating in the field of call centers, telecommunication software and hardware. To provide complete IT services, we have gradually expanded our activities to other areas - ERP, cloud services, cybersecurity, CRM, GDPR, custom development, digital communication and IT outsourcing.

We are also dedicated to supporting good causes, which is why we established the Algo Foundation, through which we help where needed.
