Since MORAVIA COMFORT had a unique solution based on the Oracle JD Edwards information system, which was optimized for the needs of mattress production and distribution, the new owner decided to maintain and further develop it.
Since Organika did not want to invest in new infrastructure and build its own team of IT experts to manage and develop the entire system, it migrated and handed over the entire system operation to Algotech in its cloud centre.

The main reason for choosing to run the enterprise information system from the cloud was economic. The customer saved money on the unrealized investment in hardware that would have had to be purchased. Another reason was the decision not to build their own team of IT specialists and to focus entirely on their business. A related effect of operating from the cloud is achieving significant savings on energy and system administration.
Compared to the savings, the customer has gained fully professional services of specialists, a guarantee of high system availability and the possibility to react flexibly to changes, for example in the case of company or business development.
