KAPITOL, a.s. is a company of the Vienna Insurance Group family. Because it coordinates hundreds of salespeople, a quality CRM system is an important tool for efficiency. Since the original CRM solution was already outdated and could not cope with the new demands of the growing company, the company turned to Algotech. We devised a customized solution for KAPITOL, a.s. based on the SugarCRM product.

 

What have we accomplished in our cooperation?

We focused on simplifying, modernising and increasing the flexibility of the company's processes. As the company had different procedures set up in different parts of the country, the CRM system became an important pillar of unification and therefore flexible adoption of changes, forced mainly by changes in legislation.

Detailed analytical data in a clear form facilitated responses to existing business partner campaigns with a significant impact on the growth of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

The integration of CRM with DMS relieved the company from paper administration and enabled efficient document searches.

The individual solution for the calculation of merchant commissions was also essential, which significantly simplified the original cumbersome calculation. This without the need to develop a new product
