During the transition phase, we developed a new complete IT documentation containing the current status and several findings that need to be resolved for 100% functionality of a modern IT operation.  

We have added all infrastructure elements to the monitoring, which is handled remotely from Algotech's data centre. This gives us the ability to track potential issues across the company in real time, including maps of where equipment is in production. This allows us to quickly assess what part of the company is potentially limited by service degradation and respond flexibly to the current situation.

We have reviewed and modified access to all systems to ensure complete administration. Our team in charge of Algotech Cloud solutions provides support for over 1000 servers running all operating systems and applications.

Thanks to the complete outsourcing of IT services to our company , Toyoda has gained the assurance of 24/7 support, including a Service Desk as a central point for reporting requests, incidents and providing round-the-clock supervision with a guaranteed response time of up to 5 minutes. Their IT infrastructure now meets the highest standards arising from the demands of the automotive manufacturing process.   

In addition, we are constantly working on the development of the IT environment, on the continuous updating and control of Disaster Recovery plans and we also take care of the company's cyber security. We review the results of our work every month and provide Toyoda with a detailed report.
