We are looking for a colleague to join our help desk as a first level IT support specialist (L1). Someone who has a high school education or short experience in the field, and above all an active interest in information technology.

We work in new offices in the centre of Prague (Karlín) and in our data centre in Libčice nad Vltavou (20 min from Masaryk railway station).
You will work partly in Algotech's offices in Prague's Karlín (day shifts) and partly in our own datacentre in Libčice nad Vltavou (night shifts) - 20 minutes by train from Masaryk railway station.
We provide our customers with care and support 24 hours a day - we work 12-hour shifts in 24×7×365 mode. We plan shifts according to individual needs and team agreement.
