Digital Transformation Manager – HPP

We are looking for a colleague for the position of Digital Transformation Manager (Business Communication) in the area of business communication.

Someone to help develop ideas for using these technologies in our customers' environments. To be successful in this position, we anticipate the need for proper adaptation in the Algotech environment.

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to join our Digital Communications team. Someone who will help us to manage and coordinate the progress of projects and activities and check their accuracy, as well as develop ideas for the use of these technologies in our customers' environments.

As the main prerequisites for this position you need to have:

Technical thinking and general overview not only in the field of business/digital communications.
Previous work experience in project management/coordination in a similar field.
Advanced communication, presentation and organizational skills.
Knowledge of English - we also expect to work on foreign projects.
Pro-customer approach and willingness to solve things - we pride ourselves on long-term cooperation with our customers.
Independence, creativity, willingness to help.
Common sense and team spirit - you can't do without it.
Driving licence B.

What will be the main focus of this position?

Coordinate and manage innovative projects, not only in the field of digitalisation.
Collaborate with external experts involved in supported projects and services.
Participate in the implementation of new services to support innovative projects.
Maintain and expand positive customer relationships.
Participate in conferences, workshops, etc.
